River Made Gear adapters are designed for high-volume inflation of watercraft using Leafield C7 and D7 valves. They are not designed for high-pressure applications. Drop-stitch SUPs requiring 10 PSI or more may require a hand pump to reach full pressure. Use at your own discretion.
